JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages is wellfounded. The respondent admitted the deductions set out below were outstanding and the calculations were agreed by the parties.(i) The respondent unlawfully deducted payments in respect of payment of salary due for the month of April 2024 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,875.00.(ii) The respondent unlawfully deducted payments owed to the claimant in respect of commission due on sales between October 2023 to March 2024 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £6,938.43.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement of 1 day untaken holidays outstanding on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £125.00 gross.
