JUDGMENT
(1) The claim for unauthorised deductions from pay in the period February 2022 to March 2023 was not presented in time. The claimant did not show that it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time in accordance with section 23 Employment Rights Act 1996. The tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim and it is struck out.(2) The claimant’s claim of unlawful indirect sex discrimination was not presented in time and the tribunal found that it was not just and equitable to extend time for the lodging of the claim in accordance with section 123 Equality Act 2010. The tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim and it is struck out.(3) The directions set at the hearing on 20 August 2025 need no longer be complied with.
