JUDGMENT

(1) Liability for the Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages did not transfer from the first to the second respondent as the Claimant was not employed by the First Respondent immediately before the transfer of the business of the First respondent to the second respondent and he was not dismissed for a reason related to the transfer.(2) The Second respondent has been dissolved and does not currently exist as a legal entity.(3) Accordingly, with regret, the Claimant’s claims are dismissed.
