The claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to pay a redundancy payment are dismissed on withdrawal.REASONS
[1]On 7 March 2025, at a Preliminary Hearing, the Claimant confirmed that the dates of employment provided by the Respondent were correct and that he had not been employed for two years. Accordingly, he withdrew his complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to pay a redundancy payment and they were dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s remaining claims remain listed for hearing on 15, 16 and 17 October 2025.
