JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal brought under Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claim of that she was dismissed in breach of contract having been given no notice of her dismissal brought pursuant to the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 succeeds.[3]The Claimant’s claims that the Respondent directly discriminated against her contrary to sections 13 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and are dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent indirectly discriminated against her contrary to section 19 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010 is well founded and succeeds.[5]All remaining issues of remedy will be dealt with at a further hearing if not agreed between the parties.
