JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim, as all the complaints she seeks to make have been brought outside the relevant limitation periods.

[2]In respect of the complaints under the Employment Rights Act 1996, the claimant has not shown that it was “not reasonably practicable” for her to present her claim in time. The time limit is therefore not extended.

[3]In respect of the complaints under the Equality Act 2010, the claimant has not shown that she brought the claim within such further period as is “just and equitable”. The time limit is therefore not extended.
