JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant for the months of September and October 2024 in the sums of £1,465.66 and £748.96 respectively.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the outstanding wages in the total sum of £2,214.62.[3]The claim form is amended to include a claim for breach of contract in respect of reimbursement of expenses for mileage.[4]The respondent breached the contract of employment with respect to that term and shall pay the claimant damages for the breach of £290.50.
