JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for wages for December 2023 and January 2024 was presented outside the time limit. It was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant to bring that claim in time and the Claimant brought the claim within a reasonable period thereafter. Time is extended to allow that claim to proceed.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. The First Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in the period December 2023 to January 2024. The First Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,441.44 which is the gross sum deducted. The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or national insurance.[3]The Claimant’s claims for financial losses relating to late payments of wages in 2022 were brought outside the time limit and I refuse to extend the time limit. Those claims are dismissed.[4]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £411.84.
