[1]It is recorded that the respondent confirmed to the Tribunal and the claimant that the annual leave accrued during his sick leave has been carried over. The claimant acknowledges that he has not taken annual leave that he has not been paid for. In the premises, the claim for unpaid holiday pay is dismissed as withdrawn. UNPAID STATUTORY SICK PAY[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid statutory sick pay is dismissed. The claimant does not meet the threshold for statutory sick pay. The claimant has in fact been overpaid for a period of his sick leave due to an administrative error by the respondent.
