The Respondent having indicated that it did not contest that the Claimant was a worker of the Respondent or that made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in the sum of £1,026.33, and that being the only claim before the Tribunal, under Rule 22: The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages in the sum of £1,026.33.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,026.33 to compensate the Claimant for financial loss attributable to the unauthorised deduction.
