JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for Unfair Dismissal is struck out. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this claim, the claimant having less than two years’ service with the Respondent.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages fails and is dismissed.[3]The Tribunal declares in accordance with regulation 30 of The Working Time Regulations 1998 that the Claimant’s complaint that he was not permitted to take rest under Regulation 10 in respect of two days in April 2024 is well founded and orders the Respondent to pay to the Claimant the sum of £750.
