JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the Midlands West Employment Tribunal on 28 January 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant £ 2,349.39 gross.[3]The Respondent is found to be in breach of contract for failing to pay employer pension contributions. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £70.67 in respect of the unpaid employer pension contribution for November 2024 and £81.24 in respect of the unpaid employer pension contribution for December 2024.[4]The total amount payable to the claimant is £2501.30 less deductions for tax and national insurance.
