I Fagg v Londonwide Local Medical Committees: 6002958/2025

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 6002958/2025
Ian FaggClaimantLondonwide Local Medical CommitteesRespondent
Employment Judge BurnsDate 19 September 2025

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By Orders given by EJ Burns dated 4 August 2025 and sent to the parties in writing on 12 August 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing at which to do so, as to why the claim should not be struck out. It appeared a fair hearing was no longer possible because it has no reasonable prospect of success as it appeared that the claim was out of time. the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 4 August 2025 it has not been actively pursued as the Claimant did not attend the hearing on 4 August 2025 and has not responded to the Orders requiring an explanation for that non attendance..[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. A fair hearing is not possible. The claim is therefore struck out. Approved by:
