JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £261.20 in respect of unpaid wages up to 13 February 2024 and the additional gross sum of £634.62 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement as at the termination of employment.[2]The claimant’s claim seeking damages for breach of contract fails and is dismissed.[3]The respondent’s employer’s contract claim is dismissed upon its withdrawal by the respondent.
