Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22[1]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time to these claims and a determination can properly be made of the claims in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay £526.40 to the claimant.[3]The claimant will be responsible for paying any tax liabilities arising out of the gross award if they receive the gross figure and tax is not deducted from source.[4]The hearing listed on 2 May 2025 is cancelled.
