[1]By a letter dated 22 February 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant has not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal identified in the respondent's solicitor's letter of 10 February 2025 it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. Her email of 8 March 2025 refers to difficulties she is facing but gives no indication of compliance, any likely compliance or any intention to seek to comply with the tribunal’s orders.
