JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application pursuant to Rule 68 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 for reconsideration of the Judgment of Employment Judge Roper striking out the Claimant’s claims because she was not actively pursuing them is refused and Employment Judge Roper’s Judgment is confirmed.[2]Upon the Tribunal being satisfied that the Claimant has acted unreasonably in the way that she has conducted the proceedings, the Claimant shall pay the Respondent within 28 days of this Judgment the sum of £1,900 in respect of the Respondent’s costs.
