JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the claims.[2]The Claimant’s claims for Unfair Dismissal, Automatic Unfair Dismissal, Wrongful Dismissal, and Unpaid Holiday Pay are well founded and succeed.[3]The Respondent shall within 28 days of the Order being sent to the parties, pay the Claimant the amount of £63,603.69.[4]That amount is comprised of: a) Basic Award of £2100. b) Compensatory Award of £58,042.15. c) Holiday Pay of £3461.54.[5]A separate award for wrongful dismissal was not pursued as a compensatory award was made.
