JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant has pleaded a claim for a failure to make reasonable adjustments under s.20/21 Equality Act 2010 (as detailed at paragraph 5 of the List of Issues attached to EJ Gray’s Case Management Orders dated 30 January 2025).[2]The Respondent’s application to strike out that claim (for a failure to make reasonable adjustments under s.20/21 Equality Act 2010) or for that claim to be subject to a deposit order is refused.[3]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal (notice pay) and failure to make reasonable adjustments therefore proceed to a final hearing.
