JUDGMENT
The claim of unfair dismissal is rejected pursuant to Rule 13(1)(b) of the Tribunal Rules.REASONS
[1]The claimant has failed to comply with the case management order of 9 January 2024 to provide further information to clarify her complaint that she was constructively dismissed. The claim is not in a form which can sensibly be responded to.[2]The claim was accepted in relation to the claimant’s claim of disability discrimination on 11 March 2024, but not the claim of unfair dismissal as the claimant had not provided any details of the breaches of the implied term she relied upon.[3]The claimant having failed for over a year to provide any further detail of the manner in which she alleges she was treated, it is not in accordance with the overriding objective for further judicial resources to be directed to trying to obtain them. It is not fair to the respondent or to other Tribunal users. The claim is therefore rejected. Approved by:
