EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 6002493/2024
Michelle HolmesClaimantShoezoneRespondent
Employment Judge McTigueDate 31 July 2024

JUDGMENT

The complaints of negligence and falsifying documents claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 17 July 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, as to why the complaints of negligence and falsifying documents claims should not be struck out because they reasonable prospect of success, and the Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with them.[2]The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints of negligence and falsifying documents claims are therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remains listed for hearing on 8 September 2024.
