It was reasonably practicable to do so. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore dismissed. Just and equitable time limit extended[2]The complaints of discrimination and victimisation arising from the claimant’s dismissal were not presented within the applicable time limit, but it is just and equitable to extend the time limit. The complaints of discrimination and victimisation will therefore proceed. The Tribunal will consider at the final hearing whether any complaints of discrimination and victimisation not arising from the claimant’s dismissal were brought in time.
