[1]By an Order sent to the parties on 29 May 2025 the Tribunal ordered the claimant to pay a deposit of £50 by 17 June 2025 in default of which his complaint of disability discrimination would be dismissed. The claimant has not paid the deposit and in accordance with rule 40(4) the claim is struck out.[2]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) remains listed for hearing on 15 and 16 January 2026.
