JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimant.[2]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment was well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,759.14.[3]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay was well founded. Credit has been given in respect of the money paid to the Claimant on 3 April 2024. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £2,190.[4]Remedy for unfair dismissal. There is not a separate basic award on the basis that the Claimant has been awarded a redundancy payment. There is not an additional compensatory award on the basis that the Claimant’s loss was her notice pay, which has been awarded in the notice pay claim.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant a total of £3,949.14.
