UPON hearing from the claimant in person and the respondent in person IT IS THE TRIBUNAL’s JUDGMENT THAT[1]The respondent’s application to present an employer’s contract claim out of time is dismissed.[2]The respondent must pay to the claimant the following sums: 2.1. £17,938.70 gross as a redundancy payment, 2.2. £1,084.86 gross for unauthorised deductions from wages, 2.3. £8,279.40 gross as notice pay, and 2.4. by consent (and the Tribunal thinking it fit to make this order), £467.61 gross for holiday pay.
