[1]The Claimant was not at any material time an employee of the Respondent within the meaning of Section 203 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.[3]The Claimant was at all material times a worker within the meaning of Section 203 the Employment Right Act 1996 and in employment within the meaning of Section 83 Equality Act 2010.REASONS
