The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Reasonably practicable time limit[1]The complaints of automatic unfair dismissal relating to the assertion of statutory rights, unauthorised deductions from wages, breach of contract, failure to pay accrued but untaken holiday pay, and breaches of the entitlement to rest breaks were not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. Those complaints are therefore dismissed. Just and equitable time limit[2]The complaint of harassment related to age was not presented within the applicable time limit, but it is just and equitable to extend the time limit.
