[1]The Respondent is to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £1005.80, comprising:1.1 £600 joiner incentive1.2 £250 refer a friend1.3 £92 to reflect amounts conceded by the Respondent due to incorrect classification of amounts which should have been paid at overtime rates1.4 £63.80 to reflect incorrect rate of payment for normal shifts during night time.
