JUDGMENT
The following claim of discrimination arising from disability under section 15 of the Equality Act is STRUCK OUT: The claim set out in paragraphs 7.1.1 incident 2, paragraph 7.2 incident 2 and paragraph 7.3 incident 2 of the document entitled ‘List of issues requiring input from the claimant’ which appears at pages 56-66 of the bundle for the preliminary hearing on 9 September 2024, namely that the following conduct amounted to discrimination under section 15: “I wanted to sell my shares and take a lesser role in the firm due to my Asperger’s and to do this I needed to step down as director and take on a role that was not going to affect my disability. Simon Harrison prevented me from selling the shares was due to the disability” The remaining claims will proceed to a final hearing.
