[1]the claim in respect of accrued but untaken holiday is dismissed on withdrawal;[2]the claim of wrongful dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed;[3]the claim of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds in respect of the following sums:• £1,822.26 in relation to the November 2024 pay period;• £906.72 in relation to the December 2024 pay period;[4]the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the total sum of £2,728.98 gross, without any deductions; the Claimant shall be responsible for Case Number: 6001991/2025 accounting to HMRC in respect of this sum.
