[1]The Respondent failed to present an ET3 response to the claim.[2]The Claimant was an Director and employee of the Respondent.[3]The Claimant was made redundant by the Respondent on 23 January 2024. His claim for unpaid redundancy pay therefore succeeds.[4]The Claimant was employed from 1 November 2008 until 23 January 2024. This was 15 full years continuous employment. His salary was £758.35 per calender month or £175.00 gross per week.[5]Given the Claimant’s age at dismissal he is entitled to 17.5 weeks redundancy pay.[6]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £3062.50 (17.5 x £175.00).
