[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the periods July 2023 and August 2023, in respect of the followinga. 97 hours of teaching during July and August 2023b. Project management work for the month of July 2023 and Project management work in the month of August 2023[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £1676.76 which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
