JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 15 January 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £3,631.50.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £3,631.50 in total.[4]The hearing listed on 16 June 2025 is cancelled.[5]It is for the Claimant to account to HMRC for any sums she owes it in respect of sums received from the respondent pursuant to this judgement.
