JUDGMENT
It is the decision of Employment Judge G Duncan that:[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £3025.98.[2]The Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimant. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the basic award of £2419.95.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a compensatory award in the gross sum of £5,333.40.[4]The Claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sums awarded in respect of unpaid wages.
