JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was a disabled person as defined by section 6 Equality Act 2010 because of: 1.1. a hamstring injury (incorporating back pain and sciatica) from 16 November 2020 until the end of the relevant period, and 1.2. stress, depression and anxiety from 12 January 2022 until the end of the relevant period.[2]The complaints of direct disability discrimination, unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability and failure to make reasonable adjustments can therefore proceed.
