The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]A Preliminary hearing took place before Employment Judge Brewer on 1st November 2023. The Claimant did not attend that hearing and Orders were made by Employment Judge Brewer that she confirm her reasons for not attending the hearing and that she was pursuing the claim and that if she failed to do so consideration would be given to striking out the claim. The Claimant has failed to comply with that Order and she is not actively pursuing the claim.[2]The claim is therefore struck out on the basis of the Claimant’s non-compliance with Orders made and the fact that it is not being actively pursued.[3]The hearing fixed for 27th, 28th and 29th August 2024 will not take place.
