JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 14 January 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time.[2]The respondent is an active company at Companies House as at the date of this hearing.[3]A hearing proceeded in the absence of the respondent today. Having heard evidence form the claimant about his claim I have decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim under Rule 22 of the ET Rules of Procedure 2024.[4]The claimant claims for unauthorised deduction of wages relating to salary under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[5]The claim succeeds and remedy was able to be decided today.[6]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £433 gross.
