JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the Respondent has made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages and the Respondent shall[ay the Claimant the gross sum of £3,541.67 in respect thereof.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant accrued holiday pay and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £2,541.93 in respect thereof.[3]The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed by the Respondent and the Respondent shall pay notice pay of £5,721.17.[4]It is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,501.[5]All sums detailed above are gross figures.
