[1]The claimant failed to comply with the unless order made in my case management order of 29 January 2024: “26. Unless, by 4:00pm on Wednesday 7 February 2024, the claimant writes to the Tribunal and respondent setting out the legal and factual basis of his claim for breach of the WTR in respect of the 48-hour working week, that claim shall be struck out without further reference to the parties or an Employment Judge.”[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of the Working Time Regulations 1998 in respect of the 48-hour working week is struck out.
