JUDGMENT
[1]The following allegations, which are both alleged to be harassment related to race and direct race discrimination, are struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success:a. That on an unspecified date Tristan Alison said about the Claimant speaking with Howard Todd, "I am very disappointed with you, I told you yesterday not to worry because I had it all under control” and after the Claimant responded, hung up on him The claimant says this was around 10 March 2023.b. That on an unspecified date he reported and complained to Triston Alison about most of the incidents above and was told that Mr Alison would "have a word with them all and this was not going to happen again." Despite this, Mr Alison did not give out any warning to the alleged discriminators identified by the Claimant, even after months had passed. The claimant says this was in the first week of March 2023.[2]No other complaints are struck out.
