JUDGMENT
The respondent had failed to present a response to the claim, with the result that Rule 22(3) applied. The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded and succeeds. The claimant claims an underpayment in respect of September 2025 salary of £43 net. The claimant also claims an underpayment of the October 2025 salary of £2,093 net (£2,500 gross). The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £43 and the gross sum of £2,500 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. The claimant is to account to HMRC.
