JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages was presented within the applicable time limit and will therefore proceed.[2]The complaints of disability discrimination were not presented within the applicable time limit, but it is just and equitable to extend the time limit in respect of the allegations relating to the claimant’s dismissal. The complaints of disability discrimination will therefore proceed. It remains a question for the tribunal at the final hearing as to whether any allegations of discrimination prior to the claimant’s dismissal form part of conduct extending over a period ending with the claimant’s dismissal.
