JUDGMENT
[1]On 28 April 2023 the Respondent failed to make the reasonable adjustment of telling the Claimant in advance of the disciplinary interview, which were the offenders to whom the disciplinary questions were going to relate.[2]Save as aforesaid, the Claimant’s claims fail.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant compensation in the sum of £3,574.51 within 14 days.[4]The Report containing the Review of CM’s Further Serious Offence must not be disclosed to any third party without permission from the Tribunal. Full oral reasons were given at the hearing. If either party requires written reasons, they must email Bristol Employment Tribunal within 14 days.
