JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent’s application to strike out the Claim as having no reasonable prospect of success is refused and dismissed.[2]The Respondent’s application for the Claimant to pay a deposit as a condition of proceeding with the Claim, as the Claim has little reasonable prospect of success, is refused and dismissed.[1]The maximum size of the bundle (excluding pleadings and orders) for the final hearing is increased from 250 pages to 325 pages.[2]Upon the Respondent indicating that it was to call one witness only, it is directed that witness’ statement should not exceed 6,000 words. Case Number: 6000958/2023[3]The parties consider that the timetable set out in the Case Management Order is still accurate and the Issues in the case remain as defined in that[1]The complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments for disability is well-founded and succeeds.[2]A one-day remedy hearing will take place on 22 November 2024. Directions for the remedy hearing will be issued separately.
