JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of Breach of Contract and detriment because of having made qualifying protected disclosures are all dismissed by consent on withdrawal by the Claimant.REASONS
[2]At the Preliminary Hearing listed for today's date the Claimant was asked to clarify his claims in this action and confirmed that upon advice he accepted that he could not pursue the claims under the above-mentioned heads of cause of action.[3]Accordingly the Claimant accepted that he need only proceed with his remaining complaints listed as direct disability discrimination, being treated unfavourably because of something arising in consequence of his alleged disability both of which complaints remain extant. 1 of 2 Case Number: 6000909/2023 3. The Respondent readily consented to withdrawal on such terms without further recourse.
