JUDGMENT
The claim is dismissed under Rule 47 of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.REASONS
The claimant failed to attend the video hearing on 9 October 2024 and did not contact the Tribunal to explain his absence. The Tribunal telephoned the claimant but there was no reply. There was no indication on the Tribunal’s file of any compliance with the Tribunal’s orders nor any indication that the claimant had actively pursued his claim since presenting it or intended to attend the hearing. In the circumstances, having considered all the information available to me, and having made all practicable enquiries about the claimant’s absence, I determined that the claim be dismissed.
