JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Mr Nikolas Alex Constantinou trading as Sea and Earth Chip Shop.[2]The claims of age discrimination and sex discrimination are withdrawn and dismissed.[3]The Claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction of wages and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £576.80 gross.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay to the Claimant his holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,064.[5]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant of £190.[6]The Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of terms and conditions of employment contrary to Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £380. CASE NO: 6000867/2023[7]The total sum of compensation payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is £2,210.80.
