[1]The claim for unpaid wages brought as a claim for breach of contract pursuant to Article 3 Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim for unpaid holiday pay pursuant to regulation 16 Working Time Regulations 1998 is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claim for notice pay is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £421.42 gross for the period 4 January 2023 to 11 January 2023.REASONS
