JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was entitled to payment in lieu of notice in the sum of £2,076.92 (gross) under the terms of her contract of employment and was not paid the same.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £2,076.92 (gross) within 14 days of the date on which this judgment was sent to the parties.[3]The claimant was entitled to statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £1,557.69 (gross) and was not paid the same.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £1,557.69 (gross) within 14 days of the date on which this judgment was sent to the parties.[5]The total amount payable by the respondent to the claimant is therefore £3,634.61, which shall be paid within 14 days of the date on which this judgment was sent to the parties.
