JUDGMENT
UPON the claimant not attending and upon hearing from the respondent UPON the claimant not informing the Tribunal he will not be attending UPON the Tribunal making reasonable efforts to contact the claimant before beginning the hearing but being unable to contact him UPON the claimant failing to file any evidence in support of his claim in breach of the Tribunal’s orders set out in the Notice of Claim sent to the parties on 17 July 2023 UPON the Tribunal deciding to proceed with the hearing in the claimant’s absence IT IS ORDERED THAT the claimant’s claims for unauthorised deductions from wages are dismissed.
